Terms and Conditions of Use 7u7 Platform — Official Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a formal agreement between you as the user and 7u7, an online sports betting and casino platform operating under a valid licence. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you access, browse, or register an account on the 7u7 platform.

By using 7u7's services — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other channel — you expressly and implicitly accept and agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are required to stop using the 7u7 platform and close your account immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

To use the full services of 7u7, you must register a valid account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Details required during registration include your full name, email address, phone number, and valid date of birth.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 7u7 platform. Opening a second account, whether using the same or different information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions. 7u7 reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit all fund balances if multiple registrations are found to have occurred.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring all information provided is accurate and up to date at all times
• Keeping your password and account login details confidential
• Ensuring no third party uses your account without authorization
• Report to 7u7 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization
• Updating your account information whenever any changes occur

7u7 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. The KYC process may require you to submit a copy of your identity card, proof of address, and other supporting documents. Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

Use of the 7u7 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 7u7 does not permit minors to use this platform under any circumstances.
• Location: You must access the platform from a location where online betting activity is not prohibited under applicable local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• Non-7u7 Employees: Employees, contractors and immediate family members of 7u7 staff are not permitted to use the platform for personal wagering purposes.

By registering, you confirm that you meet all the eligibility requirements above. 7u7 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close the account of any user found not to meet these requirements.

7u7 accepts deposits via multiple secure payment methods integrated with Malaysia's banking system. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include:

• Bank transfer via FPX (all major Malaysia banks)
• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• Direct bank transfer (IBG/RENTAS)

Minimum deposit is MYR 30 per transaction. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within seconds upon confirmation from your bank or payment provider. 7u7 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

You must ensure that the payment method used belongs to you. Use of third-party payment methods without written authorisation from 7u7 is prohibited and may result in account closure and freezing of funds.

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time via the "Withdrawal" section in your account. The minimum withdrawal is MYR 50 per transaction. Most withdrawal requests are processed in under 3 minutes once verification is complete.

Before a withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account identity verification (KYC) must be complete and approved
• All wagering requirements (rollover) associated with any bonus received must have been fully met
• Withdrawal method must match the deposit method used (same-source principle)
• No active disputes or investigations involving your account

7u7 reserves the right to request additional documents for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain amount. This is a standard procedure designed to protect all users of the platform.

If a withdrawal is declined for technical or compliance reasons, our support team will contact you within 24 hours to explain the reason for the rejection and the steps required.

All bets placed through the 7u7 platform are considered final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system, except under specific circumstances such as match cancellation or a technical error acknowledged by 7u7.

Regarding match results and bet settlement:

• Sports betting results are based on official results announced by the relevant competition organising body
• If a match is postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time, all bets will be voided and funds returned
• For Live Casino games, results displayed by the 7u7 system are final
• Bets placed after a match has started (in-play) are subject to real-time delays and changing odds

7u7 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet suspected of involving market manipulation, insider information, or any form of fraud. Related funds will be held pending completion of the investigation.

7u7 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. General conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): Each bonus has a rollover requirement that must be met before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. The rollover ratio is typically between 5x and 20x depending on the bonus type.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses not used within this period will be automatically forfeited.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is permitted at a time. You may not claim a new bonus until the current bonus conditions are fulfilled or the bonus is cancelled.
• Bonus Abuse Policy: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including hedge betting using different accounts — will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and wins.

• Registering more than one account per individual
• Use of automation software, bots or scripts to access or use the platform
• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform for illegal financial activities
• Manipulation of betting markets or cheating in games
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for unauthorized gain
• Using a VPN, proxy or other methods to conceal your actual location
• Any attempt to hack, attack or disrupt 7u7's security systems

7u7 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmation that the user does not meet the age or location eligibility requirements
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe
• Activity suspected of involving fraud or money laundering
• Request by law enforcement agencies
• At the user's own request via a self-exclusion programme or voluntary account closure

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining funds in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation. If closure occurs for reasons other than a violation (e.g. user request), any valid remaining balance will be refunded within 5 business days.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the 7u7 support team. Voluntary closure requests cannot be reversed once processed.

The 7u7 platform is provided "as-is" and "as-available". While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, 7u7 does not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, errors or delays.

7u7 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from wagering activity on the platform
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 7u7's control
• Losses or damages caused by unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence
• Third-party content or services that may be accessible through the 7u7 platform
• Any inaccuracies in odds or market information resulting from technical errors

7u7's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount you have made in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

7u7 is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all users' personal data. The collection, processing, and use of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Privacy Policy ours, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

In summary, 7u7 collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and compliance with KYC/AML requirements
• Secure processing of financial transactions
• Improving user experience and personalizing services
• Account communications, promotions and platform updates
• Fraud detection and platform security protection

7u7 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Your data is only shared with third parties required for platform operations (e.g. payment providers) or as required by law.

Continued use of the 7u7 platform after the effective date of any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between both parties shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the prescribed procedures. Both parties agree that the arbitration decision is final and binding.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
